{ My new feminine home office! }

I've done some changes in my home office again, and this time I wanted it to be more feminine and bright. This is how it turned out...

An easy way to get a feminine look in your home office is to add feminine stationery with girly colors and patterns. Or you can even make a moodboard like I have done here with inspirational photos from magazines and other inspirational objects you love.
Decorative notebooks and boxes will help the surface of your desk get even more romantic and feminine.

An old wooden crate for my favorite magazine is a nice thing to have in reach if I need inspiration.

As I told you in my previous "10 home office tips" post, flowers are a must in your office! They make it extra pleasant and they bring beauty and character to your room.

You can see more pictures of my home office here.
If you wonder how it used to look like, you can view it here.

What do you think?

  1. Just the inspiration I needed. I have the new desk but the surroundings are nowhere near perfect yet. Stacks of papers, nothing quite in place. I have new energy to get it together now. Thanks!

  31. Så deilig plass du har laget deg her. Delikat og praktisk. Nydelige farvetoner i moodboardet ditt. Å henge moodboards over arbeidsplassen er en fin måte å inspirere seg selv på. Jeg har til enhver tid moodboards på veggen i mitt hjemmekontor. Kan ikke jobbe uten. :)

    Ønsker deg en fiiin kveld, Nina!

  41. Nina- I am wondering about your computer cords? How do you hide them? I just hate the way they look and I'm looking for a good fix for this. Thanks! -Ashley

    1. Well, the good thing about MAC is that there is only one wire, as the keyboard is on battery, as well as the mouse. So I do nothing to hide it.
      In my fiancé´s office I have used grey washitape to hide them, since he has a grey wallpaper. :)

  42. I absolutely adore your office! Such sweet simplicity. I use lavender (and gray and white) throughout my home. This makes me want to stop work on my kitchen and start on my office/craft room. Would you mind sharing where you found the little silver tins w/labels? Thank you! Jami

  46. Indeed, there are lessons to be picked up on your experience. Life in a cabin in the mountains is very different from the suburbs.

  47. It look amazing. I am getting tired of my office's dull gray wall too. I wanted to scrape it off and change it to white to brighten up the room.

  48. Every girl out there will definitely love the design of your workplace. I'm wondering though if you will want to place some mirrors in your wall.
