Gift & Interior Design Trade Fair this year, there are
these four looks that we can expect too see in stores soon...
Summer Twilight: We look back to the 1970s, but it is an industrial and minimalist style. The dark colors convey a tighter and more stylish look. The trend builds a bridge and look back on the familiar and safe, but have also added new colors and innovation.
Summer twilight has a color scale that is based in the twilight. It contains rich and deep colors. Colors taken from nature and the mineral world: Turquoise, dark teal, lagoon blue, dark purple, ruby red, neutral colors like brown cork, sand, putty and olive green.
We will see materials like leather, suede leather, embossed leather, various types of wood, untreated wood, faux wood, bark, rope, hemp, ceramics with a watery patina, brown cardboard carton, shiny surfaces, raw concrete
Precious Past : This summer's feminine and romantic aspects are reflected in the theme of Precious Past. Love of tradition, old heirlooms and vintage combined with contemporary interpretations of flowers and gems. The theme borrows from the traditions and expressions gives it a renewed value.
This trend combines several powder pink colors with light green hues, beige, vanilla, crème, pastel purple, dark purple, raspberry.
The materials here is crocheted, embroidered, plaited fabrics or brocade, damask, jacquard, gemstones. Applications in fabric or paper, lace, silk, velvet, red demin, and you will see patterns like flower design, distressed vintage look, patchwork, embroidery and lace.
New Puzzle represents a break with the traditional and safe, and celebrate progress and innovation. New Puzzle is an electric mix of surfaces and materials, between graphic and organic forms, which are puzzled together in surprising ways.
The color scale challenges the eye with new and uneven color with its settings. The scale is composed with both strong and delicate colors as well as black and white. It represents both strong contrasts and perfect harmonies. Exciting colors like fiery orange, dust blue, cool purple, neutral powder and pastel colors and a matte green.
Materials: Concrete, plastic, wood .... an electric mix of surfaces and materials.
New Frequency: The theme is based on an explosive color scale. Stripes in the separation variation is an effective way to show courage and renewal. The colorful theme reflects the fascination of innovative materials, "smart" fabrics. Digital-inspired print and new technological possibilities, such as 3D printing technology.
You will see strong, clean colors as classic green, turquoise, rouge red, flaming orange. Yellow and clear iris purple are complemented as subdued opposites. The color scale is composed in this way to emphasize the color combinations to the theme that often consists of both strong and delicate nuances.
There is room for lots of patterns in New Frequency - and it's not just stripes! There will be colorful patterns inspired by the digital universe, digital inspiration from the computer world.
In other words, it seems like there will something for everyone..*smile*
